Main features:
1. The use of gasification burning technology, can be applied to the burning of syringes, drip container and other medical devices. Also can be applied to the burning of a variety of paper-based waste materials, bandages, cotton wool, all kinds of dirt and wastes discarded by hospital and medical institutions.
2. By using of gasification incineration method, wastes generated every day can be incinerated once at a time.

Technical Characteristics
Medical Wastes Incinerator used is the most advanced burning down technology, that is first burning, second burning, and burn treatment.
The design of incinerator’s combustion chamber use the gasified burning down technology to move the temperature in incinerator stove from 200℃ to 400℃. Due to this technology, there will no melt block,slag lump and sintering problems in the burning down process. Gasification and direct-fired incinerators have very little dust generated during the process, compared with other kinds of heaters and stoves.
There are second burning equipment and circle-wind generator installed in the second burning combustion chamber. Under the high temperature, the flammable gas can fully burn, and also mix and burn the gas generated in gasifier with the air under high efficiency, prevented the carbon material’s transgression and late burn phenomena. Because of the combustion ways like tangential entering of gas and air are used, the gas can reburn fully in the combustion chamber. And at the same time use the circle airstream to remove the dust. The flue gas can stay in the combustion chamber more than for 2 seconds, so the combustible substances in flammable gas and flying ashes can be burn down completely. There are dry exhaust purification equipment fixed on the incinerator’s upside, which supply the adsorption treatment of Hydrogen Chloride and Sulfur Oxides.
And Ozone in the flue gas is decomposed under the high temperature. On the purpose of getting rid of the acidic gas and purifing the exhaust gas, flue gas purification system have filtration brick of Ca(OH)2, which react with acidic gas. And reduced the harmful ingredient in the to flue gas below country’s”The Hazardous Wastes Burning Down Contamination Control Standard (GD18484-2001)”.
Incinerator’s operating control use the automatic program control system, which reduce worker’s work intensity. The doors of combustion chamber and cleaning room use the Cluster-Type structure. Burning down process in the stove is isolated completely with outside to form the negative pressure combustion, and prevent the possibility of secondary pollution. This has great advantage in handling dangerous infectious medical waste.
